Wired

I have been reading a lot lately about technostress, as well as the social retardation of children due to technology. I must say, I have a love/hate relationship with it.

I do check my internets accounts on my Mac daily, sometimes two or three times a day. Additionally, I take my cell phone everywhere. And running would be far more difficult if it wasn't for my iPod.

One thing I find myself eyeing in the techno-world is the body bug. This little gadget gets strapped onto your arm and measures your caloric output throughout the day. It then can be hooked up to your computer and runs a program where you can enter your caloric intake from foods.
